excellent location beach access comfortable rooms unhelpful staff bed uncomfort no assistance
the location was awesome. it was right across from the beach! a short walk took me to surfer's paradise main strip. the rooms were lovely and comfortable with everything i needed.
the hotel staff seemed unfriendly. they didn't offer help with luggage even when i asked. i saw other guests step in when the staff didn't. the beds also felt quite uncomfortable.

great location expansive view dirty carpet moldy washing machine
the location was great it was central to everything. our room had expansive views of beach.
i walked on the carpet and got bitten by something all over my feet. the washing machine stunk and full of mold so could not be used.

the room was next to the beach with views. it was a short walk to the central area. the pool had perfect heating.
the washing machine had a bad smell. it was full of mold. i could not use it at all.
